Return and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are processed on a case by case basis. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact me so that I can help as best as I can. I try my best to respond to all customer messages within 24 hours on business days. 

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 5-8 business days once payment is processed. Holidays can extend shipping times. 

If your item has been marked delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check with anyone else in your household, neighbors and around your residence. Often, these packages arrive either the next day or following if they are not delivered.

In the case that your item is unable to be located, please file a claim with the USPS here. If you have any issues or questions regarding the claim process, please feel free to contact us

Returned Package Policy 

If a package is returned to us by the post office at fault of the customer (Incorrect address was provided, package was refused, failure to pick up package from the post office etc), customers may either opt to have their items reshipped for a fee or have their order refunded minus the shipping costs. 

Preorder Policy

Preorder items may take between 4-6 weeks to ship (any differing time frame will be noted on the item listing itself). If you purchase a preorder alongside an item that is in stock, your order will ship entirely when the preorder item is in stock.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. If you need to request a cancellation for your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
